Squads bring together motivated players who have shown the ability and attitude to thrive in a faster environment. Coaches add individual detail while challenging players to compete, solve problems and step outside their comfort zone.

NextGen+
Additional team training and purposeful fixtures for higher-skilled developing players. Selection is based on demonstrated ability and the attitude shown during previous Academy sessions, keeping groups balanced, motivated and ready for a higher level of challenge.
Training and fixtures help players apply technique under pressure, develop stronger game habits and prepare for the representative Teams stage.
